Comedy Lab (operated by Ian Mullen) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Comedy Lab orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Submit a refund request through Paddle, or contact our support team for assistance.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, we don't generally offer refunds for the remaining portion of your billing period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
